Do People Think Before They Speak?

Has anyone ever had someone say to them "I can't wait until you get your baby!"? Anybody, anybody? This bothers me on so many levels but mainly because it just sounds so stupid. Get my baby? Like I'm going to go to the store and pick one up tomorrow. This of course comes from someone who knows about my struggles with cysts and yet she still says these things. I think her brain is located somewhere other than her head.
